Hack Your Home Toolkit
Promoting Autonomy in Arthritis Care
The Hack Your Home toolkit is a representation of my research findings about living with arthritis in the form of a physical artefact.
The toolkit consists of a series of cards that illustrate various 'hacks' that demonstrate how to improve the usability of specific products around the home.
This toolkit is designed to serve as a guide to assist individuals in living more independently and managing their long-term condition between doctor's appointments.
